Ordering/How this Works
  • Place and Pay for your order
  • When order and payment has been received, your order goes into the processing queue for production. Production time may vary according to style, size and/or color specifications of your order.
  • Once the production cycle of your order is complete, it is sent to fulfillment for shipping.
  • Your item is shipped, and you will receive tracking information*.
  • You receive your order and love it!

 

Print Process
  • T-shirts and hoodies are printed using the DTG (direct to garment) process.
  • Items are printed to order.

 

Payment
  • We accept US-issued Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club
  • Your payment card details are securely handled by Stripe and are not shared with or stored on our server.

 

Shipping
  • You are able to choose your shipping speed during checkout. Rates vary depending on location and requested shipping time.
  • The carrier is chosen based on the best and most efficient mode of delivery for your order and location.
  • Once an order leaves the warehouse, the parcel comes under the care of the shipping provider you choose at checkout.
  • It may take up to 2 business days for tracking info to populate on your shipper’s site.

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
  • Every opportunity is taken to ensure you receive a quality product. In the even that you receive an item that is defective (not due to shipping), please contact sheila@suite369.com to discuss your options.
  • For damage that may have occurred while in transit, in most cases you will need to contact the carrier (provided with tracking information).
  • The return address is located on your packing slip, and varies depending on which facility your item was shipped from.
  • As items are printed to order, exchanges are not available at this time.

 

Cancellations/Can I cancel my order?
  • You may be able to cancel your order within the first 18 – 25 hours. Once it has been submitted to production, it can not be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Why? Because when you submit your order, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to reach us and nothing can be done during that time. Then, depending on how your bank/card issuer works with Stripe, it can take up to 7 business days for them to move the money back to you.

Logo Shop

  • You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email, usually within 1 business day.
  • Your order IS NOT COMPLETE until you submit the order confirmation and payment. Incomplete/non-confirmed orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.
  • Once confirmation is submitted and payment has cleared, your logo creation will begin and a proof will be sent to you for your approval within 5 business days. You will have 2 business days to submit your approval. There are no refunds from this point.
  • Once your proof is approved, the final files will be created and sent to you, within 1-3 business days. Any add-on items will be processed after logo proof and final files are delivered.

 

eBooks, Courses and other Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital material, we do not offer refunds, exchange or cancellations on any of our digital downloads or digital delivery platforms. If you have any concerns, please contact us by emailing support@mysuite369.com. We will respond to your email within 3 business days.
